Gustamps helps Marie Norton

Gustamps was telephoned by Marie Norton. Marie asked Gustamps why some of her stamps were prefixed with the word 'Haute'. Gustamps answered Miss Norton by explaining that Haute was French for Upper, so Haute Silesia would be Upper Silesia. Haute Volta would be Upper Volta. Miss Norton also asked for Gustamps help about an old Russian stamp overprinted KNTAN. Gustamps told Maria that KNTAN was China.
